Autumn workshop!! On Sunday 2nd November 2-4pm at Whittington Community Hall!
We will be looking at yoga transitions Followed by tea and cake and an aromatherapy session - blending our own favourite mixture of oils into these beautiful roller-ball bottles. We will end with a relaxing yoga nidra (bring your blankets)!
Cost is £25
